對于管板焊機的故障,必(bi)須正(zheng)確分析(xi)(xi),有的故障很容易(yi)查找,僅換幾個元(yuan)件即可排除。但(dan)由于(yu)線(xian)路設(she)計不(bu)合理產生的誤差,就(jiu)需(xu)要根據實(shi)際情況分析(xi)(xi)處(chu)理。例如(ru),我們使用77—1型焊機時(shi)曾發現,當工作電(dian)(dian)流(liu)30A以上(shang)時(shi),焊機接觸器(qi)CJ2有忽(hu)通忽(hu)斷的響(xiang)聲,其(qi)后自動(dong)切斷電(dian)(dian)源;如(ru)無高(gao)(gao)頻電(dian)(dian)流(liu),CJ2又(you)工作正(zheng)常。我們分析(xi)(xi)電(dian)(dian)路圖后認為,該焊機利用高(gao)(gao)頻引(yin)弧(hu),使高(gao)(gao)、低頻處(chu)于(yu)一個電(dian)(dian)路上(shang),如(ru)果高(gao)(gao)頻扼流(liu)圈(quan)不(bu)能阻止高(gao)(gao)頻電(dian)(dian)流(liu)進入低頻電(dian)(dian)路,將使工作不(bu)正(zheng)常,甚(shen)至(zhi)燒壞(huai)電(dian)(dian)器(qi)元(yuan)件。上(shang)述故障就(jiu)屬于(yu)這種情況,即高(gao)(gao)頻電(dian)(dian)流(liu)進入了低頻電(dian)(dian)路。
